“Yesterday, Russia handed over a list of people from various EU embassies who are banned from entering Russia,” Prime Minister Rutte said at a weekly press conference, adding that two Dutch lawmakers and a Dutch member of the European Parliament were on the list.
The list, which includes about 80-90 people, was published by Russia on May 28 in response to EU sanctions and travel bans on Russian officials over Moscow's annexation of Crimea and alleged involvement in eastern Ukraine.
A spokeswoman for the EU diplomatic mission in Brussels said that in recent months, Russia has banned a number of EU politicians from entering the country but has so far refused to provide a list of those banned./.
