Russia kills suicide bombing suspect in Volgograd
Five gunmen were killed, including Sokolov, the suicide bomber suspect.
Russian security forces shot dead a suspected troublemaker in the North Caucasus on Saturday after he claimed responsibility for a suicide bombing on a bus last month.
Federal counterterrorism officials say Dmitry Sokolov, 21, a suspect in a deadly bomb blast in the southern city of Volgograd last month, has claimed responsibility for the attack.

On Saturday (November 16), Sokolov and a group of rebels clashed with security forces in the Dagestan capital Makhachkala, killing five gunmen, including Sokolov.
"During negotiations, Sokolov took responsibility for terrorist attacks, including the bus explosion in Volgograd," the National Anti-Terrorism Committee said in a statement.
According to authorities, Sokolove said he made the bomb used in the Volgograd suicide bombing. The statement did not disclose other attacks to which Sokolove confessed./.
