Russia: Ukraine has no right to ban Russian leaders from visiting Crimea
Neither the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry nor anyone else has the right to dictate to the Russian leadership when and how to visit regions of their country - the Information and Press Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry commented on Kiev's statement on the occasion of the Russian President's visit to Crimea.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry sent a note of protest to the Russian Foreign Ministry regarding Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Crimea.
On March 18, President Putin traveled to Sevastopol, where he attended the inauguration of the power plant, and then to Simferopol to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the reunification of Crimea and Sevastopol with Russia.
