Russia and China sign military cooperation agreement
Russian Defense Minister Shoigu affirmed that China is an important strategic partner and the relationship between the two countries is entering a new stage of development.

The two countries' militaries last conducted large-scale joint exercises in September 2018 in the Russian Far East, and in July this year, conducting warning and surveillance activities in the Sea of Japan, including the airspace over the disputed islands that South Korea calls Dokkdo and Japan calls Takeshima./.
