Prevented in time a group of young men carrying weapons preparing to fight at night
During the patrol and control process, the Mobile Police force of Nghe An Province Police promptly discovered and stopped a group of young men carrying homemade weapons to resolve conflicts.
Accordingly, at about 10:40 p.m. on August 7, while patrolling and controlling Dang Thai Mai Street, the Mobile Police Department of Nghe An Province discovered four young men driving two Wave Alpha motorbikes without license plates, showing signs of suspected law violations.
The working group signaled to stop the vehicle and conduct an inspection. Through inspection, the subjects were identified as: Nguyen Viet D. (born in 2009), Nguyen Ngoc T. (born in 2010), Nguyen Thanh Duy M. (born in 2006), all residing in Yen Trung commune, Nghe An province, and Tran Xuan H. (born in 2008), residing in Nghi Loc commune, Nghe An province.
At the scene, the Task Force discovered a homemade knife about 98 cm long with a sharp tip. The subjects confessed that they had brought the weapon from home, with the intention of going to Truong Vinh ward to fight with young men from another group.
Currently, the working group has handed over the subjects and evidence to Vinh Hung Ward Police for further handling according to the provisions of law.
