The task force, led by Lieutenant Tran Minh Hoang, quickly deployed forces to the scene to deploy a plan to surround and capture a group of nearly 20 people gathered to race and cheer on the race.

In the early morning of October 13, the Patrol Team, Traffic Police Department, in combination with the Special Criminal Police, Order and Mobile Police of Can Tho City Police, deployed forces to promptly prevent dozens of young people with many large-displacement motorbikes from gathering to prepare for racing and cheering on illegal racing on National Highway 91 (in Long Hung Ward, O Mon District).

A group of young people gathered to cheer on the race.

Immediately after receiving the report from the people, the Task Force, led by Lieutenant Tran Minh Hoang, quickly deployed forces to the scene to carry out a plan to surround and arrest them. When they saw the traffic police, some young men tried to speed up and run away but were arrested. The group of nearly 20 young men were invited to the agency for questioning.

Through inspection, 11 cases were found without a driver's license, without vehicle registration, and underage to drive. The Road Traffic Police Department continues to coordinate with functional forces to clarify and handle according to the provisions of the law.
