Nghe An Social Policy Bank Trade Union and leaders of Ky Son District People's Committee presented gifts to poor households and policy families in Ta Ca commune.
This is the second time in 2012 that the NHCSXH Trade Union has given gifts to the commune. Ta Ca is a commune assigned by the People's Committee of Nghe An province to the NHCSXH to support and help in the sustainable poverty reduction program as assigned by the People's Committee of Nghe An province. Mr. Vi Pho Phuong, 63 years old, residing in Binh Son 2 village, is a poor household with very difficult circumstances, his wife died early, his children are also poor households, he is currently living with his nephew, he was moved to say: "For other households, this gift is not big, but for my family, this is a quite complete Tet, thank you NHCSXH".
