The last Math lesson of class 12C1 - Provincial Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities took place in a very different atmosphere. That lesson, unlike every other day, had no exercises nor corrections. It was a lesson for everyone to talk and share with many loving instructions.

During this lesson, on the familiar board there was also a “Leave of Absence” sent to teacher Truong Duc Thanh with an unusual reason because “We have grown up”. Reading the words of the students “wishing our teacher to always be optimistic and love life with interesting lessons”, the teacher with more than 20 years standing on the podium could not hide his emotions. Another ferry is about to cross the river, the memory of the last lesson with 12th grade students is always hard to describe...

Farewell to the class, one day beforeHigh school graduation examofficially took place, teacher Truong Duc Thanh sent many shares to his students on his personal page: "Once again saying goodbye to a class of 12. K37, you have truly grown up, mature enough, brave enough with dreams and ambitions to walk on your own two feet."

Teacher Truong Duc Thanh also recalled the youthful years that students spent studying at school "where there are friends, teachers and they not only teach them lessons in books but also many lessons about life, about sharing, knowing how to love"...

With the love of a teacher, teacher Truong Duc Thanh believes that those good things "will forever remain in the hearts of the students" and will be the motivation for "the students to be strong enough and have enough faith to move forward" even though "there are many obstacles ahead". He also hopes that the students will confidently pass the upcoming exam so that later "when they leave the loving boarding school, a bright future awaits them".

Challenges will be opportunities to grow

The high school graduation exam always has a special meaning for 12th grade students because after this exam, they will close 12 years of schooling and prepare to embark on a new journey. The results of the exam will also decide their future, which will be university lectures, future engineers, doctors... But after the exam, some students will find other horizons for themselves. No matter what choice they make, behind them there is always the companionship of teachers, of family with a lot of trust and expectations...

In the past few days, saying goodbye to 12th grade students, many messages from teachers and schools have been sent to students. Especially, when the exam is very close, teachers have sent many meaningful messages.

Teacher Luu Thanh Tra - Vice Principal of Thai Lao High School wrote words of "love to K41" because this is an unforgettable course when the students had to go through the 2-year Covid-19 pandemic, and the harsh climate change with scorching heat. During that process, teachers were always proud of overcoming difficulties "every day the students still diligently went to class, racing against time to consolidate knowledge".

Sending wishes of success to students, the school's teachers always hope that students "be confident and courageous to assert themselves, to achieve their dreams"... As a Literature teacher, before students took the first exam, teacher Thanh Tra wrote a poem "Listing the works of grade 12". There, she summarized all the works that students had learned such as "Tay Tien", "Dat Nuoc", "Nguoi Lai Do Song Da"... and believed that tomorrow all students would do well in their exams so that "every piece of literature would turn into flowers".

Sharing the yearbook photos of 12th grade students, the Principal of Nguyen Xuan On High School (Dien Chau) wrote that "Luck only accounts for 1%, the remaining 99% is in knowledge, effort and determination". Therefore, when the days of exam preparation have ended, when the students have left the high school station, the teachers all hope that the students will continue to strive to "continue their train to another new, larger and more promising station with the destination being the station of happiness and success".

Sending love to the students of class 12C7 - Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, teacher Dang Thi Kim Oanh - the homeroom teacher of the class shared her heartfelt thoughts after 3 years of accompanying the students. During that time, she felt lucky to witness the development of each individual in the class and clearly saw their dreams and ambitions blossoming day by day.

"You have gone through a memorable journey in your life's luggage. I remember the common lessons of patience, dedication and solidarity that we have learned from each other. I witnessed the individual development of each class, the times of overcoming difficulties, the successes and failures. But most importantly, you have grown up to become good, lovable and passionate people in life."

Facing "a new turning point in life, facing many challenges and difficulties", teacher Kim Oanh hopes that her students "always keep a strong and hopeful spirit, not be afraid to face difficulties and know that every challenge is an opportunity to grow up".

She also thanked her students “because they are a source of encouragement and inspiration for her in her teaching work”. With strong belief, she believes her students will be calm, confident, maximize their abilities and intelligence, do well on the exam and will do great things, and will continue to shine in the future...

Tomorrow, the 12th graders will enter the first day of exams. There will be difficulties, challenges, successes and perhaps failures. But the teachers and the school will "always be the station on the way back", will always be here to watch the students grow up, will always open their arms to welcome them back...
