The conference had 15 voters' opinions reflecting many areas of people's lives. One of the contents that voters of Nghi Xa commune recommended to the National Assembly delegates was the shortcomings and fraud in implementing policies for people with revolutionary contributions, the situation of creating fake records of war invalids and victims of Agent Orange to enjoy the regime still happening as the opinions of voters Vo Van Dan in hamlet 2, Hoang Duy Khoi in hamlet 7.

In addition, Nghi Xa commune voters also reflected on issues surrounding investment projects in the area that affect the lives and interests of the people such as: weak power grid system, environmental pollution, lack of land for production, many abandoned fields, some items and compensation for site clearance of N5 road are still stuck and have not been completely resolved...
Therefore, voters suggested that the province should have a mechanism to attract investment into the locality, considering the practical benefits of the people where the project is located; some projects are implemented slowly and ineffectively.
Voters in Nghi Loc district also proposed tightening the management of food import and export to ensure food safety and hygiene; the State needs to take more measures to deal with corruption; propose national recognition for the provincial historical relic worshiping Thuc Phan An Duong Vuong in the area; there is a project for a drainage ditch in Dong Han area but it has not been implemented.

People also recommended that when building and supplementing the Law on Denunciation, there should be provisions to protect whistleblowers and handle those who threaten and beat whistleblowers, in addition to recommending consideration of increasing salary allowances and social insurance for non-professional cadres at the grassroots level, especially the commune police force.
Many voters also spoke up to request that authorities at all levels strictly handle cases of disturbing social order and safety in the province recently, especially in Quynh Luu district.
At the conference, answering voters' recommendations on policies and regimes for people with meritorious services, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hien also said that the State budget will allocate 7,000 billion VND to support the construction of houses for people with meritorious services.
Delegate Hien added that, up to now, Nghe An has discovered and handled 134 fake war invalid records and will continue to strictly handle other cases if discovered, and at the same time hopes that people will actively provide evidence to support the authorities.
At the end of the conference, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hien explained a number of opinions and recommendations of voters under his authority and promised to summarize and submit them to the upcoming 14th National Assembly session as well as relevant authorities for consideration and resolution./.
