Criminal Investigation Department (QK4) received a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister

(Baonghean.vn) - On November 12, the Criminal Investigation Department of Military Region 4 celebrated the 65th anniversary of its tradition (November 19, 1948 - November 19, 2013) and received a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister.

Over the past 65 years, with the core political task of conducting investigations and resolving criminal cases under its jurisdiction as prescribed by law, the Criminal Investigation Department of Military Region 4 has proactively grasped and firmly managed the situation of violations and crimes; promptly received and classified and handled violations; closely coordinated with agencies in the legal sector, relevant agencies inside and outside the army on propaganda, legal education, and prevention and combat of criminal offenses.

Major General Nguyen Chi Huong awarded the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to the Criminal Investigation Department.

Through the work of fighting and preventing crimes, we have identified the causes and conditions of violations and crimes in order to propose effective preventive measures, contributing to strictly maintaining State laws and military discipline.

On this occasion, authorized by the Prime Minister, Major General Nguyen Chi Huong, Deputy Commander of the Military Region, presented the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to the Criminal Investigation Department, under the General Staff, Military Region 4 for its achievements in training and combat service from 2010 to 2012, contributing to the cause of building the army, strengthening national defense and protecting the Fatherland./.
