Railway Industry offers incense at Rocket Cave National Monument

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of July 26, at the National Historical Site of Hoa Tien Cave and Hoang Mai Railway Martyrs Cemetery, Vietnam Railways Corporation offered incense to commemorate the railway martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause of transport.



Railway industry delegation offered incense to commemorate 33 martyrs who died on April 28, 1966.

At the National Historical Site of the Railway Cemetery and Rocket Cave, the delegation offered fresh flower baskets and respectfully bowed to light incense sticks in memory of the 33 heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives on the Hoang Mai-Cau Cam fire line for the cause of transportation in 1966.

On this occasion, the Railway Industry and the Railway Construction Corporation also visited and presented gifts to families of war invalids, martyrs, families with revolutionary contributions in Nghe An area and the family of Ms. Nguyen Thi Toan - the only witness, comrade of 33 martyrs; organized a meeting with witnesses and recalled the heroic days at Hang To 4.

On the evening of July 26, the Thanh Hoa - Vinh Railway Youth Union and the Hoang Mai Town Youth Union will also organize a candlelight vigil at the Railway Cemetery.
