For convenience in traveling during the 2016 Lunar New Year, Vietnam Railways Corporation recommends that people do not buy tickets through brokers, but only buy tickets through the railway industry's website (dsvn.vn), buy directly at ticket offices of stations or at Vietnam Railways ticket agents.

Specifically, passengers can only use tickets printed directly from personal email, or on the website dsvn.vn, at the automatic ticket printing kiosk at the station or ask station staff to print at the ticket gate.

In addition, when boarding the train, passengers need to bring full identification documents with information matching the boarding pass.

Due to the time near Tet, the number of passengers at the station is high, so passengers should arrive at the station about 30 minutes before the train departure time to complete check-in procedures and promptly handle any arising situations, if any./.
