Thus, by the end of the 2013-2014 school year, 501/518 kindergartens (including 5 private kindergartens and 14 public kindergartens), 541/541 primary schools, 406/410 secondary schools, 91/91 high schools, and 21 continuing education centers had independent party cells; The ratio of party members to staff and teachers in the above schools is 53.26% (27,980/52,533), of which preschool is 46.47% (5,669/12,200), primary school is 56.84% (10,023/17,634), junior high school is 57.24% (8,889/15,529), high school is 46.93% (3,171/6,757), and continuing education is 52.06% (228/413).
