January 1, 1950:Battalion 333 (the predecessor of today's Brigade 239) was the first battalion-level unit directly under the Ministry, established in Hin village (Phu Luong, Thai Nguyen) to meet the requirements of transporting technical weapons and our forces across the river, participating in campaigns in the resistance war against the French colonialists.

January 1, 1955:Parade at Ba Dinh Square in Hanoi, celebrating the great victory of the resistance war against France, welcoming the Party Central Committee, the Government and President Ho Chi Minh back to Hanoi.
