Forecast:Due to the influence of the southern edge of the western low pressure area with the southwest wind causing the foehn effect, today (May 19), heat waves continue to occur widely in Son La, Hoa Binh, the Northeast region and provinces from Thanh Hoa to Phu Yen with the highest temperature commonly 35-37 degrees, some places over 38 degrees. The time with temperature above 35 degrees is from 12-16 hours.
