December 20, 1873:The day of death of Nguyen Tri Phuong, a high-ranking mandarin of the Nguyen Dynasty, Governor of Hanoi, from Thua Thien province.

He was born in Hai Duong town, his hometown is Ta Thanh Oai village, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi, a revolutionary activist, once served as Secretary of the Bac Ky Party Committee and Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee (1929).
