National Great Unity Day in Truong Thi Ward (Vinh City)
(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of November 18, commemorating the 82nd anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam National United Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2012), residential area block 4, Truong Thi Ward, Vinh City organized a National Great Unity Day and summarized the work of the front in 2012.
Comrade Nguyen Van Huy - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province attended and shared the joy with the people.
On behalf of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, comrade Nguyen Van Huy presented paintings to block 4.
Block 4, Truong Thi Ward has 235 households with 891 people. People's lives are relatively developed, income is constantly increasing, the whole block has only 2 poor households; many households are good at business, creating jobs for many workers. Cultural and spiritual life is rich and healthy. In 2012, implementing the campaign "All people unite to build cultural life in residential areas", 97.8% achieved cultural families; the block was recognized as a clean block with 3 hot spots including: no gambling, lottery, drug trafficking; transportation, trading of all kinds of fireworks...
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Van Huy acknowledged and praised the achievements of the bloc, and at the same time asked the people to take good care of the national solidarity bloc, help each other develop the economy, promote democracy, maintain discipline, comply with the policies of the Party and State, and do a good job of repaying gratitude and helping poor households.
