The festival attracted 700 young union members who are students of universities, colleges and vocational training colleges located in Vinh City.
The festival is a place to create an environment for employers to approach human resources, which are young, qualified youth union members in Vinh City; thereby, they can exchange information and sign recruitment memorandums or directly recruit workers. At the same time, it creates conditions for youth union members to receive and exchange necessary and useful information about career opportunities, recruitment procedures and conditions of business units.
