This morning, the National Assembly discussed the draft Resolution on promulgating a number of solutions to remove difficulties for production and business and support the market in 2012.
Yesterday, June 11, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall. Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan chaired the session. In the morning, the National Assembly discussed the 2010 state budget settlement and the addition of a number of new projects using government bond capital for the 2012-2015 period.
During the working session, 22 National Assembly delegates from 19 provinces and centrally-run cities spoke. Discussions focused on the following contents:
1- On the 2010 state budget settlement
- Compliance with regulations on annual budget settlement;
- Solutions to improve the quality of state budget estimates and state budget implementation have been decided by the National Assembly;

2- On adding some new projects using government bond capital in the period 2012-2015
- The need to add some projects to the list of projects using government bond capital for the coming period;
- The Government is assigned to proactively allocate capital according to the progress of implementing a number of Government bond projects for the period 2011 - 2015;
- Balancing investment projects for different fields;
- Publicity and transparency of specific criteria to ensure the effectiveness of project decisions...

In the afternoon, the National Assembly discussed the draft Law on National Reserves.
During the working session, 14 National Assembly delegates from 14 provinces and centrally-run cities spoke. Discussions focused on the following contents:
- Objectives and importance of national reserves;
- State policy on national reserves;
- Sources of national reserve formation;
- Principles of management and use of national reserves and supervision of law enforcement on national reserves;
- Use of state budget for national reserves;
- State management of national reserves...

On Tuesday, June 12, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall. In the morning, it discussed the draft Resolution on promulgating a number of solutions to remove difficulties for production, business and support the market in 2012; passed the Resolution on the National Assembly's Law and Ordinance Development Program in 2013, and adjusted the Law and Ordinance Development Program in 2012 and the 13th National Assembly's term. In the afternoon, the National Assembly discussed the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Tax Administration.
