This morning, June 13, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Nguyen Minh Quang will be the first member of the Government to answer questions on land management, site clearance compensation; the Ministry's solutions to this problem; environmental pollution in craft villages, processing facilities, deforestation, and illegal and spontaneous mineral exploitation, which are becoming increasingly complicated.
In addition, at the request of some delegates, Minister Nguyen Minh Quang will clarify information related to three Danish ODA projects on climate change response.
This afternoon, June 13, Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh will answer questions on the following groups of issues: solutions to ensure the implementation of the 2012 socio-economic plan goals and targets; the allocation of investment capital for 2012 and capital for the national target program for the 2011-2015 period.
The next group of issues are the initial results and solutions to continue restructuring public investment, solutions to overcome corruption, loss and waste in public investment; management of government bond capital; solutions to mobilize and manage investment resources from society, ODA, FDI, etc.

On the same afternoon, Minister of Public Security Tran Dai Quang answered questions on three groups of issues.
The first group of issues is ensuring political security, social order and safety, crime situation, crime prevention and control in all fields; the use of forces and means when enforcing and reclaiming land in site clearance.
The second group of issues is coordination, environmental protection, food safety, purchasing, aquaculture, forest management, mineral resources, and traffic safety and order.
Measures to implement criminal law (on temporary detention, custody, prison management, execution of sentences, etc.) is the third group of issues that the Minister of Public Security will answer questions from the National Assembly.
It is expected that Deputy Prime Ministers Hoang Trung Hai, Vu Van Ninh, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Minister of Finance, Minister of Home Affairs, Minister of Transport, Minister of Construction, Governor of the State Bank, and Government Inspector General will provide additional explanations to members of the Government.
Concluding the question and answer session, on the morning of June 15, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc will speak before the National Assembly, clarifying a number of issues regarding the implementation of the 2012 socio-economic plan. Afterwards, the Deputy Prime Minister will directly answer questions from National Assembly deputies.
The content of the questioning for Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc was the direction of implementing the Government's tasks stated in Resolution No. 42/2009/NQ-CP on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of using state capital and assets at state-owned corporations and groups and the settlement of related recommendations.
