Chief of Office of the Ministry of Education and Training Pham Ngoc Phuong said that tonight or tomorrow, July 22, the Ministry will announce the official exam scores of the candidates.

Also according to Mr. Phuong, yesterday, July 20, was the deadline for examination clusters to send all data on candidates' exam scores to the Ministry.

After receiving the data, the Ministry must compile the information and will announce it to candidates as soon as possible. "We know candidates are eager to know their exam scores," said Mr. Phuong.

After the Ministry announces the exam scores, candidates will have 10 days to submit an application for exam review, calculated from the date the Ministry announces the exam scores.

After knowing their exam scores, candidates will use their scores to apply to universities and colleges, starting from August 1.

Before July 30, the examination boards will send score reports to candidates. Each candidate will receive four score reports, including one for the first choice and three for the additional choices.

First round of admission from August 1 to August 20.

Each candidate has one certificate of exam results used for admission to their first choice. Candidates can only use this certificate to register for one university or college.

However, within 20 days of considering the first admission wish, candidates can adjust the registered wish at that school or withdraw their application to register at another school.

Each school allows candidates to register up to four preferences for majors ranked in order of priority from one to four. The preferences of candidates in a school have the same admission value. Candidates who are admitted to the first preference will not be considered for the following preferences.

Candidates who have passed their first choice are not allowed to register for additional choice admission rounds.

The first choice admission scores will be announced by schools before August 25.

After the first admission period ends, there will be four additional admission periods.

The first round of applications will be received from August 25 to September 15, and benchmark scores will be announced before September 20.

The second round of applications is from September 20 to October 5, and benchmark scores will be announced before October 10.

The third round of applications is from October 10 to October 25, and admission scores will be announced before October 31.

The fourth round receives applications from October 31 to November 15, and admission scores are announced before November 20.

Each candidate has three certificates of exam results used for additional admission. In each admission round, candidates can use three certificates of exam results used for additional admission to register for up to three schools.

Each school, candidates can register up to four preferences in order of priority from one to four. These preferences of candidates have the same admission value. Candidates who are admitted to the first preference will not be considered for the following preferences.
