September 17, 1276:Date of birth: Tran Thuyen, the 4th King of the Tran Dynasty, temple name Anh Tong, hometown: Tuc Mac village, My Loc district, Nam Dinh province.

September 17, 1945:"Only in the name of an old comrade",Uncle Ho wrote "Letter to comrades in the home province"(Nghe An) affirmed the victory: “We have established a Democratic Republic. It is an unprecedented victory in the history of our country... The people's force is the greatest force. No one can defeat that force.”

The letter raised a problem: “The destruction work is finished. Now the first step is to clean up, arrange, preserve, and construct. Ah! This is the difficult task! In the destruction against the enemy demanding independence, it is easy to involve the entire population. In the construction work, it is more difficult, because it touches on the private interests of a couple of classes in the country. Moreover, we must honestly admit that our experience is still limited, our talent is still lacking, and the work is many... hundreds of thousands of topics, all new to us...”.

And Uncle Ho said: "We are not afraid of having shortcomings. We are only afraid of not having the determination to change."

Riman's talent for mathematics was evident from the age of 6. At the age of 19, Riman studied at the university in Goethe and then transferred to Berlin to become familiar with new mathematical problems. At the age of 25, Riman defended his doctoral thesis. Riman and Cosy built an exact theory of integration. At the age of 34, Riman was invited to join the French Academy of Sciences. A crater on the moon was named after Riman.
