September 26, 2010:Inauguration of Thai An Hydropower Plant. This is a large hydropower project of Ha Giang province, construction started on August 11, 2007. Thai An Hydropower Plant is built in Thai An commune (Quan Ba district) and Thuan Hoa commune (Vi Xuyen district).
