October 27, 1075:Vi Thu An led 700 troops to attack Co Van camp, opening the campaign against Song, 1075 - 1076 of Dai Viet army.

October 27, 1929:The Executive Committee of the Communist International sent a letter to communist groups in Indochina on the issue of establishing the Indochinese Communist Party. October 27, 1967:The Loc Ninh Campaign, an offensive campaign of the Southeast Liberation Army in the Loc Ninh - Bu Dop area (belonging to the two provinces of Binh Long and Phuoc Long, now Binh Phuoc province), aimed to destroy a part of the US and Saigon troops in the area, support the people's uprising, expand the liberated area, and create a springboard to implement the combat plan for the General Offensive and Uprising in the Spring of Mau Than (1968).
