Accordingly, 23 communes, wards and towns that have successfully transformed have been removed from the list of key and complicated areas in terms of social order and safety, including::

5. Nam Nhoong Commune, Que Phong District

6. Thanh Long Commune, Thanh Chuong District

7. Nghi Truong Commune, Nghi Loc District

8. Nghi Thinh Commune, Nghi Loc District

9. Nghi Trung Commune, Nghi Loc District

10. Cau Giat Town, Quynh Luu District

11. Quynh Nghia Commune, Quynh Luu District

12. Quynh Xuan Ward, Hoang Mai Town

13. Muong Long Commune, Ky Son District

14. Bao Thang Commune, Ky Son District

15. Thach Giam Town, Tuong Duong District

16. Hung Nguyen Town, Hung Nguyen District

17. Dang Son Commune, Do Luong District

18. Bao Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District

19. Tan Ky Town, Tan Ky District

- There are 27 key and complicated areas in terms of social order and safety that have been transformed and are now being monitored after transformation in 2022.

Of which, Vinh city has 3 units (Dung Dung ward, Hung Loc commune, Nghi Phu commune). Nam Dan district has 1 unit (Trung Phuc Cuong commune). Nghi Loc district has 1 unit (Nghi Lam commune). Quynh Luu district has 2 units (Quynh Chau and Quynh Long communes). Hoang Mai town has 1 unit (Quynh Phuong ward). Tuong Duong district has 1 unit (Luu Kien commune). Con Cuong district has 1 unit (Lang Khe commune). Do Luong district has 2 units (Da Son and Giang Son Dong communes). Hung Nguyen district has 1 unit (Hung Tay commune). Dien Chau district has 2 units (Dien Bich and Dien Thinh communes). Anh Son district has 2 units (Phuc Son commune and Anh Son town). Thai Hoa town has 1 unit (Nghia Thuan commune). Quy Hop district has 2 units (Tam Hop and Yen Hop communes). Ky Son district has 1 unit (Muong Ai commune). Yen Thanh district has 2 units (Do Thanh and Trung Thanh communes). Tan Ky district has 1 unit (Dong Van commune). Nghia Dan district has 1 unit (Nghia Thinh commune). Quy Chau district has 1 unit (Chau Binh commune).

-There are 05 key areas with complicated social order and safety transformation that have not met requirements. Continue to carry out transformation in 2022.including: Hung Dao commune, Hung Nguyen district; Nghi Phong commune, Nghi Loc district; Chau Thon commune, Que Phong district, Bac Ly commune, Ky Son district; Muong Xen town, Ky Son district

20 key areas with complicated social order and safety issues have just been included in the transformation plan in 2022 according to Decision No. 313QD-UBND dated February 8, 2022 of the Provincial People's Committee, including:
