Nghe An: Attacked by 2 domestic buffaloes, one person died

According to information from the People's Committee of Nga My commune (Tuong Duong), a buffalo attack on a person in Xop Kho village of this commune has just occurred. The consequence was the death of Mr. Lo Ba Di (32 years old).

Mr. Luong Van Thuyet, head of Xop Kho village, said that at about 6:30 a.m. on December 21, Lo Ba Di and his mother Bui Thi Hai led two buffaloes out of the house to pull wood for the workers. While Di was bending down to attach a hook to the wood for the buffaloes to pull, they were attacked by two buffaloes at the same time.

“One of them used its horn to hook Lo Ba Di’s two ears, causing a lot of blood to flow out,” said Mr. Luong Van Thuyet. The victim was then taken to Nghe An General Hospital for emergency treatment, but due to the severity of his injuries, Di died on the evening of December 22.

It is known that these are 2 buffaloes that Mr. Di's family raised for about 7 years and have never had any problems. Currently, Mr. Lo Ba Di's body has been brought home and buried according to local customs.
