Identifying that the truck belonged to the family, everyone immediately called the victim's father, Mr. NV Đ., who had just driven the truck out of the house a few minutes earlier. When he received the news, Mr. Đ. drove about 3 km away from the location where his daughter was killed.

It is known that Ms. H. and Mr. D. were building a house. Early in the morning of April 19, he drove his car to carry sand and did not see his daughter playing at the door, so he ran over her and did not know that his daughter was in an accident.
