In addition, there are 7 localities at level III warning - high fire risk level including: Con Cuong, Yen Thanh, Quynh Luu, Hoang Mai Town, Cua Lo Town, Nghia Dan, Thai Hoa Town. Nghe An Forest Protection Department requests the Forest Protection Departments of districts, cities and towns to base on the forest fire forecast information on July 1 to forecast the risk of forest fires and widely inform on mass media; to the People's Committees of communes and towns; to forest owners who are organizations in the district, city and town; and to households living in and near forests in the area.

Currently in the peak hot days, Nghe An province directs localities to maintain 24/7 forces on duty at fire watchtowers, arrange people to regularly access and monitor the forest fire warning information system of the Forest Protection Department to promptly detect and issue early warnings to local authorities, forest owners and people to raise vigilance, proactively deploy appropriate measures on forest fire prevention and fighting.
