(Baonghean.vn) - Responding to the 2016 summer volunteer campaign, on June 16 and 17, 2016, the Youth Union of Fire Prevention and Fighting Police Department No. 2 organized a campaign to harvest spring peanuts for policy beneficiaries and single-parent families in Nghi Hop commune (Nghi Loc).
After 2 days of deployment, 18 soldiers of Fire Police No. 2 of Nghe An Public Security together with local residents in Nghi Hop commune harvested 12 hectares of spring peanuts. After harvesting the peanuts, the soldiers and local residents cleaned the fields, cleared away stubble, and cleared the land to prepare for the next crop.
