Before that, on the 5th day of Tet, Hoang and his parents went to a relative's house in Huu Khuong commune to celebrate Tet. While playing with his friends, he picked up a gold ring.
This 2-tael ring was accidentally dropped by Mr. Lu Van Lan, a resident of Huu Khuong commune. When he learned that everyone was looking for the ring, Hoang immediately brought it to Mr. Lan's house to return it. The boy also resolutely refused to accept the family's thank-you money.
