Nghe An directs good propaganda for activities to celebrate April 30 and May 1

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested the Propaganda Departments of district, city, town Party Committees, affiliated Party Committees, the Fatherland Front Committee and provincial-level organizations to organize propaganda activities to celebrate the 46th anniversary.Southern Liberation Daynational reunification associated with the 135th anniversary of International Labor Day 1/5; implementing resolutions of Party congresses at all levels, the 19th Provincial Party Congress, the 13th National Party Congress and the results of 5 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo onpromote learning and following ideology,Ho Chi Minh's ethics and style.

To make cadres, party members, people of all walks of life, workers, civil servants and laborers fully and deeply aware of the historical tradition and immortal spirit of International Labor Day 1/5, the process of building and maturing of the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union; thereby affirming the position, role and great contributions of the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union in the cause of building and defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.

Through the commemorative propaganda activities, it contributes to consolidating and fostering the trust of the people, especially cadres, union members, and employees in the Party, the State and the Vietnam Trade Union; encouraging and promoting the political mettle, qualities and capacity of the workforce to successfully implement the socio-economic development goals and tasks right from the first year of implementation.Resolution of the XIII Congressof the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Which mainly focuses on the following contents:

- Propagating the value, historical significance and contemporary stature of the resistance war against the US to save the country; the Vietnamese revolutionary line; affirming the correct and wise leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh on the people's war line, the entire people, the comprehensive war in the resistance war against the US to save the country.

- Highlighting the strength of great national unity, the spirit of initiative, creativity, self-reliance and self-improvement of our army and people; the great assistance of international friends and peace-loving people around the world for our people's struggle for national independence; valuable lessons on strategic direction, methods and measures to gather forces, promote the strength of the will to unify the Fatherland and the aspiration for peace in the cause of firmly protecting the independence, sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity of the Fatherland, seas and islands, successfully implementing the cause of industrialization, modernization, international integration, building an increasingly prosperous socialist Vietnam.

- Propagating the birth process and glorious historical journey of the working class; the Party's viewpoints and policies, the State's policies and laws on building the working class and the Vietnam Trade Union; the significance of the 75th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh signing Decree No. 56, dated April 29, 1946, stipulating that workers are entitled to paid leave, and President Ho Chi Minh's speech at the Rally on May 1, 1946.

- Fight against and refute false information and viewpoints that distort history and deny the leadership role of the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and the people in the struggle for national independence and reunification.

At the same time, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested the Propaganda Departments of districts, cities, and town Party Committees; Party committees, authorities, and socio-political organizations at all levels to organize propaganda activities on the position, functions, tasks, and contributions of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - a large political and social organization of the working class, representing workers, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; activities of Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Month at all levels of Trade Unions in 2021; and propaganda of the results of the Program of 75,000 initiatives to overcome difficulties and develop the contingent of workers nationwide launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. Propaganda activities to celebrate the anniversary must ensure the right direction, be practical, effective, in many diverse and rich forms, creating support and coordination of departments, branches, authorities, and the entire political system; create revolutionary atmosphere, promote effective implementation of political tasks of localities and units.

Through organizing commemorative activities to contribute to creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere, determined to successfully implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; make achievements to welcome the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term./.
