Nghe An: Officially reclaiming 36.6 hectares of land at Van Xuan University of Technology project

The decision of the Provincial People's Committee to recover 36.6 hectares of land for educational and training facilities managed by Van Xuan University of Technology (in Nghi Huong ward, Cua Lo town) is stated in Decision No. 466/QD-UBND dated October 12, 2022.

Article 1, Decision No. 466/QD-UBND clearly states: Recovering 366,099.1 m²Land for educational and training facilities in Nghi Huong ward, Cua Lo townVan Xuan University of Technologymanagement (a part of the land leased by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2058/QD-UBND.DC dated June 13, 2007). The location and boundary of the recovered land are determined according to the Cadastral Map Correction and Measurement No. 393/2022/BDDC/VPĐK; scale 1/1000 approved by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment on October 5, 2022.

Reason for revocation: Van Xuan University of Technology violated the Land Law and Investment Law according to the Conclusion of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatches: No. 5878/UBNDCN dated August 4, 2022 and No. 7560/UBND-CN dated September 30, 2022.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to: Revoke the Certificate of Code AI 189506 (original) issued to Van Xuan University of Technology on August 27, 2008 for management according to regulations; Preside over and coordinate with relevant organizations, agencies, units and individuals to carry out the handover of land on site to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center for management according to regulations. Guide Van Xuan University of Technology to prepare a dossier to request adjustment of tax land area according to regulations.

Assign the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to manage the entire area of ​​recovered land mentioned above to organize the auction of land use rights for lease; at the same time, preside and coordinate with the People's Committee of Cua Lo town and relevant agencies to develop a plan for auctioning land use rights for lease according to regulations.

Previously, on October 6, 2022, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment issued Official Dispatch No. 6258/STNMT-QLDD on land recovery for the Van Xuan University of Technology Project in Nghi Huong Ward, Cua Lo Town to the Provincial People's Committee.
