Nghe An: Carefully prepare for the Spring 2019 Investor Meeting

In order for the Spring Investment Promotion Conference 2019 to take place successfully, the Provincial People's Committee has established an Organizing Committee and Subcommittees to prepare for the Conference. Specifically, the Organizing Committee consists of 18 members, headed by Mr. Thai Thanh Quy - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The Subcommittees include: Content Subcommittee, Information and Propaganda Subcommittee, Reception and Logistics Subcommittee, Security - Health Subcommittee.

Based on the assigned tasks, the subcommittees have focused on implementing them with the highest spirit and progress. Specifically, the Content Subcommittee has basically completed the program and scenario for organizing the Conference; connected with partners, international organizations, and embassies to deploy appropriate reception plans; reviewed and completed the list of investment attraction projects and issued the Decision to grant investment registration certificates to a number of projects; the Reception and Logistics Subcommittee is completing the printing and issuance of invitations; coordinating with departments, branches, and sectors in welcoming, arranging accommodation, and the location for the Conference...

Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the sub-committees assigned specific tasks need to develop detailed scenarios, ensuring good control of situations; and doing a good job of information and propaganda work, promoting the investment potential of the province.

Regarding the plan to organize an investment promotion conference in Nam Dan district according to the pilot project "Building Nam Dan district to become a model new rural district in the direction of cultural development associated with tourism, period 2018 - 2025", the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee noted that Nam Dan district needs to coordinate with the Conference Organizing Committee and sub-committees in calling for businesses to invest in the fields of agriculture, tourism - services.

Based on the assigned tasks, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the members of the Organizing Committee of the Investment Promotion Conference to uphold their responsibility and proactively coordinate so that the preparations for the Spring 2019 Investor Meeting Conference can be completed on schedule, ensuring the Conference is most successful.
