Although it has only been launched for nearly 2 weeks, the program "Waves and computers for kids" launched by the Prime Minister has received enthusiastic response from agencies, unions, organizations and many individuals in Nghe An province. Up to this point, the Department of Education and Training and the Education Trade Union have mobilized 2,500 smartphones (including 4G sim). The remaining subjects are students from extremely difficult communes and ethnic minority areas according to Government regulations.
