Nghe An has 114 more schools meeting education quality accreditation standards

(Baonghean.vn) - In the 2014-2015 school year, Nghe An Department of Education and Training granted Certificates of Education Quality Assessment to 114 schools in the province.

To contribute to improving the quality of education in schools, since the 2011-2012 school year, the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An has carried out educational quality assessment.

Quynh Luu 5 High School, the unit that has just achieved educational quality accreditation standards.

As of May 2015, the whole province had 497/524 (94.85%) kindergartens, 413/543 (76.06%) primary schools, 319/408 (78.19%) secondary schools, 72/90 (80%) high schools and 15/21 (71.43%) continuing education centers completing self-assessment.

During the 2014-2015 school year, Nghe An Department of Education and Training focused on external assessment; recognized and granted Certificates of Education Quality Assessment to 114 schools.

Thus, after 4 years of implementing education quality assessment, Nghe An has 221 schools recognized, including 37/524 kindergartens; 113/543 primary schools; 63/408 secondary schools and 8/90 high schools. The good news is that among the schools that have met the standards, only 5 schools reached level 1, 44 schools reached level 2, and up to 172 schools reached level 3 - the highest quality level.
