Nghe An: Nearly 300 businesses attend year-end meeting 2017

(Baonghean.vn) - Near300 businesses participated in the event2017 meeting byVietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, VCCI Nghe An Branch organized on the morning of December 18.

In 2017, despite facing many difficulties and challenges, Nghe An province's enterprises in particular achieved outstanding results, contributing to creating jobs for many workers, building the homeland and bringing vitality to the local economy;Contributed to Nghe An province to complete 27/27 set targets, growth reached 8.75%.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Hoa affirmed that the business community has strived to overcome difficulties and contributed their intellectual efforts to the overall development of the province; at the same time, he hoped that VCCI Nghe An branch would continue to support member enterprises in trade promotion activities, investment and capacity building for enterprises.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Ngoc Hoa emphasized: member enterprises and newly joined enterprises of VCCI need to strengthen dialogue and accompany the government to remove bottlenecks for enterprises, have effective business strategies to contribute to the socio-economic development of Nghe An in the coming time.

The meeting and exchange event is an opportunity for businesses to meet, exchange and share experiences in business development, encourage and motivate entrepreneurs to integrate well and develop well.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nghe An branch, admitted 90 new members, bringing the number of members to 600.
