Nghe An won 2 awards at the 2018 Hue International Food Festival
(Baonghean.vn) - At the end of the 2018 Hue International Food Festival, Nghe An delegation won 2/11 awards given to 20 domestic delegations and 6 international delegations.
Of which, the dish "Sliced goat" won third prize, the dish "Nghe An veal ham" won the encouragement prize.
At the festival, with booths and exhibition space up to more than 50m2In addition to introducing the flavors and nutritional values of the dishes on display, the 4 Nghe An businesses participating in the festival also focused on introducing tourist destinations associated with Nghe cuisine.

Nghe An specialties recognized as Asian records and Vietnamese records introduced at the Festival include: eel porridge, eel soup, Nam Dan soy sauce, mountain goat, walking chicken, Nam Nghia ham, fish sauce, Vinh oranges, turmeric starch... received the response of hundreds of tourists.

In addition to 20 delegations from provinces and cities across the country, the festival also has the participation of international delegations from Laos, Thailand, China, France, Italy, and Russia. The festival takes place with the main activity of serving dishes at booths from early morning until 22:00 every day.
