Teacher Vo Thi Vinh, Principal of Tay Son Ethnic Boarding School, said: “Our school has 360 students in primary and secondary school, of which 100 are boarding students. During the recent flood, we maintained a number of teachers on duty at the school to carry out their duties. Through the flood, all teachers and students were absolutely safe. However, some teachers' families encountered difficulties when the flood swept rocks and soil into their houses and it took a long time to recover. The teachers who returned to school today also had to overcome many difficulties and even dangers, but because of their duties, the teachers did not hesitate and were present at the school as required by the Board of Directors.” Photo: Thuy An |
