Nghe An: Supporting businesses in building and developing brands

(Baonghean.vn) – Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just signed a decision to support businesses in the province to build and develop brands in the 2016-2020 period.

Accordingly, the supported contents include:

1. Organize training and coaching on knowledge and skills in building, promoting, and developing product brands and business brands; Edit documents related to building and developing brands to serve businesses.

2. Brand naming consultancy; Logo design, system of identification signs and building strategy for product brand and business brand development.

3. Consulting on building marketing communication activities, promoting product brands, business brands on TV stations, newspapers of Nghe An, Central and on websites with large international transactions.

4. Support businesses in protecting their brands in case of disputes or trademark infringement.

Each content is supported 50% of the total cost but not exceeding 100 million VND/enterprise and the enterprise is only supported once for the content. The implementation funding comes from the provincial budget.

The Department of Industry and Trade shall preside over the synthesis and coordination with the Department of Finance to appraise the dossiers of enterprises requesting registration in accordance with regulations and submit to the Provincial People's Committee for decision on the list of supported enterprises, the content and level of support funding for each enterprise.
