Nghe An: More than 130 trainees participate in training on management and operation of cultural and sports institutions
On the morning of October 29, the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library, Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An organized the opening of a training course on management and operation of cultural houses, cultural and sports institutions in ethnic minority areas.
Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Nghiem Ha Hai - Deputy Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library; Bui Cong Vinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Nghe An and more than 130 students who are cultural officials, village chiefs, and prestigious people from 14 mountainous communes of Nghe An province.

In his opening speech, comrade Nghiem Ha Hai - Deputy Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library stated: On October 14, 2021, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 1719/QD-TTg approving the National Target Program on socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas.ethnic minoritiesand mountainous areas in the period 2021 - 2030. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is assigned to preside over, coordinate and direct the implementation of Project 6 "Preserving and promoting the fine traditional cultural values of ethnic minorities associated with tourism development".

The objective of the Project is to restore, preserve and promote traditional cultural values, train and foster cultural staff; support cultural facilities and equipment for ethnic minority and mountainous areas to enhance cultural enjoyment for ethnic minorities associated with community tourism development, with priority given to ethnic minorities with very small populations.
Besides, to promptly respond to new tasks when implementingtwo-level local governmentTraining and professional development in management and organization of propaganda, cultural - artistic, physical education and sports activities at commune-level cultural and sports institutions, cultural houses, and village sports areas is very necessary.

For trainees, the training program is an opportunity to experience and update knowledge, especially new theoretical and practical issues, to serve their work well.
During the 2-day course (October 29-30, 2025), trainees will be exposed to the following topics: Application of information technology in organizing activities at cultural and sports institutions at commune and village levels; Preserving and promoting intangible cultural values; Decoration, celebration, visual propaganda skills and Skills in organizing mass cultural activities./.
