Nghe An urgently rescues fishermen's raft from another province that died and drifted at sea.
(Baonghean.vn) - The Border Guard force of Nghe An province is urgently coordinating with functional agencies, the Border Guard of Thanh Hoa province and fishermen to rescue two rafts of Thanh Hoa province that have stalled and are drifting at sea.
On June 13, the Border Guard of Nghe An province received information from the Border Guard of Thanh Hoa province: At about 7:00 p.m. on June 12, the raft of Mr. Le Duc Giang - born in 1985, residing in Hai Hoa ward, Nghi Son town, Thanh Hoa province, was exploiting seafood east of Me island when the engine died.driftingat sea
Immediately after that, a raft of Mr. Le Duc Duong - born in 1987, living in the same locality came to support, but due to storm number 2 with big waves and strong winds, both rafts died and drifted at sea.
At around 4:00 a.m. on June 13, Giang’s family contacted him and learned that the two rafts had drifted about 12 nautical miles south of Me Island. However, up to now, it has been impossible to contact the two fishermen.

Immediately after receiving the information, the Nghe An Border Guard Command directed the coastal units to coordinate with local authorities and Ben Thuy Coastal Station to notify ship owners and captains operating at sea about the two Thanh Hoa rafts that had stalled to assist in the rescue.
At the same time, the CN09 ship and 15 officers and soldiers, led by Captain Truong Xuan Bich - Deputy Commander of Squadron 2 as squadron leader, coordinated with the BP 05.12.01 ship of Squadron 2, Thanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard to carry out search and rescue operations.
Currently, the BP 05.12.01 ship of Thanh Hoa Border Guard is conducting a search from the Quynh Phuong sea area in Hoang Mai town, Nghe An province to the North; the CN09 ship of Nghe An Border Guard is conducting a search from the Quynh Phuong sea area to the South.
