Nghe An: Surveying tourist destinations in the West to restore guest reception activities

On September 28, Nghe An Department of Tourism conducted a survey of a number of eco-tourism and community tourism spots in Con Cuong and Tuong Duong districts.

The survey team included leaders of the Department.Tourism, representatives of specialized departments and travel agencies in Nghe An province.

Survey of ecotourism and community sites inWestern Nghe Anto re-evaluate the models that have been implemented within the framework of the GEF SGP Project cooperation in 2021. From there, help the Project Management Board complete the construction of products to meet the increasing needs of tourists.

At the same time, the survey of ecotourism and community destinations also aims to build links between tourist destinations and between businesses operating in the tourism sector to attract and improve the efficiency of tourist services. Thereby, finding solutions to stimulate demand whenCovid-19 pandemicbasically under control, a new normal state is established and tourism activities are gradually restored.

During the day, the delegation visited the Rang Le forest, Khe Co, surveyed the homestay service, the traditional brocade weaving model of the Thai people in Quang Phuc village, Tam Dinh commune, Tuong Duong district. Next, they surveyed some places in Con Cuong district, including the brocade weaving model, the homestay service in Xieng village, Pha Lai dam (Mon Son).
