(Baonghean.vn) - This document was issued right after the Provincial People's Committee announced that preschool, primary and secondary school students in the province would continue to stay home from school to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic.

Accordingly, to report to the Provincial People's Committee on the epidemic prevention work of the Education and Training sector, the Department of Education and Training organized a survey of opinions from parents of students from preschool to secondary school level on the organization of teaching and learning, prevention of Covid-19 epidemic and the time to return to school in Nghe An province.

To implement the survey, the Department requested the Department of Education and Training to direct schools to guide all parents with children studying at educational institutions from preschool to secondary school to complete the opinion survey. The survey is posted on the Nghe An Education and Training Department's Electronic Information Portal at:http://nghean.edu.vn.

The survey will be completed by March 15, 2020.

Due to the students being off school, it is expected that this week, the Department of Education and Training will organize online teaching for students on television for grades 9 and 12. Of which, grade 9 is expected to teach 3 subjects: Math - Literature - English and grade 12 will teach 9 subjects for the National High School Exam including Math - Physics - Chemistry - Biology - Literature - History - Geography - Civic Education and English.

Previously, according to Official Dispatch No. 1377/UBND-VX of the Provincial People's Committee, preschool, primary and secondary school students in the province continued to stay home from school to prevent the Covid-19 epidemic until further notice.

High school students in the whole province will return to school normally starting from March 16, 2020.
