In 2022, the total number of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of provincial departments, branches and sectors received at the Center is 1,445 procedures. Of which, there are 219 level 3 online public services; 829 level 4 online public services.

The Provincial Public Administration Service Center ensures to serve well the receiving of documents and return of results to people and businesses until January 19, 2023 according to the prescribed time for the Lunar New Year holiday of Quy Mao 2023 of the province.
