Nghe An celebrates Vietnamese Entrepreneurs Day (October 13)

On October 8, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee organized a celebration of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13). Attending were comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors, along with many typical enterprises and entrepreneurs in Nghe An.

(Baonghean) -On October 8, Nghe An Provincial People's Committee organized a celebration of Vietnam Entrepreneurs' Day (October 13). Attending were comrade Ho Duc Phoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors, along with many typical enterprises and entrepreneurs in Nghe An.

Currently, Nghe An has nearly 9,000 enterprises, including over 2,800 joint stock companies, 2,000 LLCs with 2 or more members and 2,600 private enterprises. The activities of enterprises in the area have made important contributions to the growth and socio-economic restructuring of the province. Each year, the business community contributes over 3,000 billion VND to the provincial budget, creating jobs for 400,000 local workers. In addition, enterprises also actively participate in social security activities and respond to movements proposed by the province and sectors and levels.

At the ceremony, a number of typical businesses in the area expressed their gratitude to the provincial leaders for creating favorable conditions in terms of mechanisms and policies for businesses and entrepreneurs to carry out production and business effectively.

On behalf of the leaders of Nghe An province, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ho Duc Phoc highly appreciated the contributions of enterprises and entrepreneurs to the socio-economic development of the province, which have created a large source of budget revenue and stable jobs for local workers. To continue creating conditions for enterprises to develop, in the coming period, Nghe An will focus on giving priority to enterprises with high technology and stable capital sources.
