Recalling 19 years ago, Mrs. Tan, the children's mother, said: When she first got pregnant, she was extremely worried when the doctor told her she was pregnant with "triplets". Luckily, the hardships of pregnancy passed. That year, there was only 1 week left until Tet when she went into labor. Worried about the lives of all 4 mother and children, her family members had to take her to the Provincial General Hospital to give birth safely.
Mrs. Tan gave birth to three sons at once. When they were born, everyone was "shocked" by the poor mother's endurance: Manh and Trong both weighed 2.4 kg, Vinh weighed 2.3 kg, the total weight of the three children at birth was 7.1 kg. Because the three brothers looked quite similar when they were young, each one wore a bracelet with its own symbol for identification.
Mr. Nguyen Doan Hung (54 years old) - the children's uncle said: When the three brothers were born, the day the mother and children returned from the hospital, the whole family came to the house to welcome and celebrate. The patriarch of the Nguyen Doan family personally named the three brothers.

In their family, Mr. Dung's family has a "tradition" of having more than one child. It is known that in the past, Mr. Dung - the father of Manh - Trong - Vinh and Mr. Nguyen Doan Sy - the uncle of the children were also twins.
Talking about the process of raising triplets, Mrs. Tan said: “Taking care of one child is difficult, raising three children at the same time is even more difficult. Almost all day long, the children are left lying on their backs on the bed because “there are not enough people to hold them in their arms”. Raising triplets for Mrs. Tan and her husband is a difficult process. When the children are young, their parents are busy running around for every meal, when they grow up, they have to worry about borrowing money to cover expenses and education.
Mrs. Tan's family used to live in block 8 of Dung town. In 2002, due to difficult conditions, she and her husband had to sell the garden there to return to live with her parents. However, her family could not raise any more animals because conditions did not allow it. Moreover, they also wanted to spend time for their children to focus on studying.
In recent years, when the eldest child Nguyen Thi Phuong (born in 1995) was studying at Vinh Medical University, and the three younger siblings were studying in high school, it was the most difficult period for the family. Not to mention spending money, taking care of the children to go to school was quite a struggle. There was a teacher at the exam preparation center, knowing the family circumstances of Manh, Trong, Vinh, he reduced the tuition fee by half for them, but after the exams, the family still could not pay the teacher the tuition fee.
Passed the same school
The three students Manh, Trong, and Vinh have the same date of birth (January 11, 1999), study at the same school (Thanh Chuong 1 High School), are in the same block (block A), and now all passed the entrance exam to the same school (Information Officer School).
From primary school to junior high school, the three brothers all studied in the same class, and in high school, each of them studied in a different class. Manh studied in grade 12 I, Trong studied in grade 12 C, and Vinh studied in grade 12 B. Manh and Trong were passionate about sports, while Vinh was talented in housekeeping. During their junior high school years, they all achieved the title of excellent student at the district level. Vinh alone achieved the title of excellent student throughout all 12 years of high school.

In the recent National High School Exam, they all achieved high scores. Manh had a total score of 24.6 in block A (Math 8.6, Physics 8.25, Chemistry 7.75), Trong had a total score of 26.95 in block A (Math 9.2, Physics 8.5, Chemistry 9.25) and Vinh had a total score of 27.45 in block A (Math 9.2, Physics 8.75, Chemistry 9.5). They all registered for admission to the Information Officer School.
Manh said: "We all took the entrance exam to this school, first of all because we have the same passion and wish to study at the same school, secondly because our family conditions do not allow it, we can only register for admission to a military school, when we all pass the entrance exam, then we can go to school."
A few days ago, when the Information Officer School announced the standard score was 24.5, all three brothers were extremely happy because they were all admitted without needing to add priority points.
Vinh shared, "I believe I will pass, I only worry about my two brothers." Manh was emotional, "At first I was afraid I wouldn't pass, but after knowing the standard score, I was so happy, because we have fulfilled our dream."
Farmer families like Mr. Dung and Mrs. Tan have a hard time raising 4 children to study. The family has 6 mouths to feed but only 2 acres of rice fields, so every day Mr. Dung has to drive a motorbike taxi to earn a living. Mrs. Tan has thyroid and eye disease, poor health, after the harvest season, she has to go to work for hire, hoping to earn more income to raise her children.

Now all three children have passed the university entrance exam as they wished, Mrs. Tan could not hide her joy: "Understanding the family's circumstances, the children all take care of their studies. The family is very excited that the children have passed the military school entrance exam and only schools belonging to the armed forces can they attend, the family does not have the conditions to go to other schools."
Sharing the joy with his students, Mr. Le Xuan Huong - Principal of Thanh Chuong 1 High School said: "Three triplets in one family, all good and studious, all passing the same university entrance exam is a rare event in this school. Their achievements have added to the glorious tradition of the school. I believe that they will continue to strive and develop even more"./.
