Nghe An Newspaper awards prizes to students who pass university entrance exams and specialized schools in the 2023-2024 school year
On the afternoon of August 22, Nghe An Newspaper organized an award ceremony for children of cadres, reporters, and employees who passed university and specialized school entrance exams in the 2024-2025 school year.
Attending the meeting were comrade Ngo Duc Kien - Party Secretary, Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper, Deputy Editors-in-Chief, representatives of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, Youth Union, cadres, reporters, parents and awarded children.

The meeting and award ceremony has been a tradition for many years of Nghe An Newspaper with the aim of praising and rewarding students who are children of officials and employees who have achieved high results in the entrance exams to universities and specialized schools in the province.
This year, the entire Nghe An Newspaper agency had 4 students taking the university entrance exam, and all 4 of them passed the top universities in the country such as National Economics University, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and Academy of Journalism and Communication.
There are 4 children who passed the 10th grade entrance exam to Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, Vinh University High School for the Gifted and 2 children passed the 6th grade entrance exam to Dang Thai Mai Middle School.

At the award ceremony, comrade Tran Van Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Nghe An Newspaper congratulated the results that the children had achieved in the past school year. This result has continued the tradition of studiousness of generations of children in the editorial office, demonstrating their efforts and attempts in studying.
This is also the joy and encouragement of the officers and employees of Nghe An Newspaper when they not only do their professional duties well but also accompany and share with the children on their learning journey.

From these initial successes, Deputy Editor-in-Chief Tran Van Hung hopes that the children will continue to strive to achieve more achievements in the upcoming journey, become good students, study well, and be excellent students so that they can contribute to society in the future.
The ceremony took place in a warm atmosphere, contributing to increasing solidarity, love and affection among Nghe An Newspaper staff, creating an exciting atmosphere among cadres, civil servants and workers.
At the ceremony, the students who passed the university entrance exam and specialized schools also spoke, expressing their thanks to Nghe An Newspaper, their families and promised to constantly strive to live up to the trust of their parents, the school and the trust of Nghe An Newspaper leaders.

Previously, in June, on the occasion of the Anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day and Vietnam Family Day, Nghe An Newspaper also presented gifts and rewards to children of officials, reporters and employees of Nghe An Newspaper with good academic achievements in the 2023-2024 school year.

This school year, the entire Nghe An Newspaper agency has 71 students with high academic achievements, from advanced student titles to excellent students at school, city, provincial and national levels.

Of these, 2 students won national prizes, 1 student won provincial prizes; 5 students won city and district prizes; 14 students were both excellent students in all aspects, excellent students in a subject at school level, and won prizes in competitions such as Vioedu Arena, Vietnamese Champion, painting competitions, English certificate competitions, etc.
