Nghe An: The '4 on-site' force strives to help 15 villages of Muong Tip commune isolated by floods to repair broken roads and swept away houses.

All villages in Muong Tip commune (merged from 2 communes Muong Tip, Muong Ai of the old Ky Son district) are still completely isolated because the road leading to the commune was washed away by floodwaters into the river. The "4 on-site" force is trying to help people overcome the consequences.
