It is forecasted that due to the influence of the compressed low pressure trough combined with wind convergence above 1,500m, Thanh Hoa will have showers and scattered thunderstorms during the day and night of May 23, with locally heavy rain with rainfall from 20-40mm/24h, in some places over 60mm/24h.
From the evening of May 23-24, the area from Nghe An to Ha Tinh will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally with moderate to heavy rain with rainfall of 10-30mm/24 hours, in some places over 50mm/24 hours.
