Some industrial products have low growth and decline due to the impact of US-China trade policy, so consumption has decreased, large inventories have caused factories to limit production to consume products. Production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam, and air conditioning are at the peak of the dry season, water flow in reservoirs is at a record low, so electricity production has decreased sharply.
